Our Story
The Story Behind Every Crunch.
From a single street cart to a nationwide favourite, Kesar has always been about one thing — honest Indian street food made fresh, served with joy.

More Than Just Pani Puri. It's a Feeling.
Kesar began in 2018 with a modest cart, a family recipe for mint pani, and a belief that street food deserves the same care as fine dining. Everything is still made by hand, every single day.
Our puris are rolled and fried in small batches so they stay impossibly crisp. Our pani is cold-pressed fresh each morning, never from a concentrate. And our chutneys are slow-cooked to the same family measurements we started with.
Today Kesar welcomes thousands of guests across the country — but the promise in every plate is unchanged: pure ingredients, spotless kitchens, and a bite of happiness.
Three Promises In Every Plate
Fresh Ingredients
Mint, coriander and green chillies arrive daily. Nothing is frozen, nothing is reused, and the pani is pressed fresh each morning.
Hygiene First
Automated water dispensers, gloved hands and sanitised counters. Our open kitchens are built to be watched.
Made To Order
Puris are filled only when you order, so the crunch arrives exactly as it should — never soggy, never sitting under a lamp.
Crafted By Hand, Every Morning
Three unhurried steps stand between our kitchen and your plate.
Hand-Rolled Puris
Semolina and wheat are kneaded, rested and rolled into thin discs by hand, then flash-fried in small batches for an airy, shattering crunch.
Slow-Infused Pani
Mint, coriander, roasted cumin and our 12-spice blend are steeped cold for hours so the water stays bright, tangy and refreshingly cool.
Assembled To Order
Each puri is filled only after you order, finished with chutneys and toppings, and served within minutes for the perfect first bite.
